We have had both good and bad experiences since moving to Illinois with contractors and remodelers. Basements Etc. is among the very best we've experienced. They were competitive in their costs. All work was completed in a timely manner. All workers had a very professional attitude and were always very courteous. Constant communication about even the smallest issues was very comforting throughout the entire process. In the future, we will always contract Vito first for any job we come across.
